What is something that you struggle with over and over again? Something that hasn’t changed over the past year or years?
How do you feel about the thought that it is possible that this situation will never change?
How would you feel if I asked you to give up on fixing this situation? What are the emotions that come up around it?
Who are you without having this issue? Not if it is resolved, but if you do not tend to it.
What do you want when you are not wanting this issue to be resolved?
