About

As a child of immigrants who grew up in Montreal, lived in Israel, and then moved to New York, I have long relied on clear communication in my interactions. I earned my degree in cross-cultural communications, and applied my education and experience to work in corporate marketing, as a senior government advisor, and in my own entrepreneurial ventures.

Communication is key when it comes to identifying and articulating our core messaging. But internal communications, the self-talk in our minds, can often be harsh and abrupt. This was the case for me. It became my practice to learn how to use self-compassion as a framework for self-inquiry. Compassion isn’t just kind, it is scientifically proven to reduce anxiety, alleviate stress and lead to psychological well-being.

Bringing compassion into communications has been a key success factor in my practice of professional and personal coaching. To our sessions, I bring active listening, keen intuition, IFS-informed principles, and broad life experience.

I’ve had the pleasure of engaging in the most challenging work of finding softness in ourselves as we navigate a life that is often pretty hard.
