How much time will I need each week? 60 minutes in session plus 30-60 minutes of self-directed work between sessions. The program is designed to meet your energy — consistent attention matters more than intensity.

Do I need a clear goal before we start? No. Defining your priority is part of the work. You bring the territory, we find the focus together.

What kinds of priorities do people bring to The Accelerator? Repositioning, offer development, messaging clarity, leadership presence, a project that needs to move, a pivot that needs a plan. If it matters and it's been stuck — it belongs here.

Is this therapy or coaching? Coaching. The work is strategic, practical, and forward-facing. We're building something, not processing the past.

Do I need to have done a Decision Session first? No — but many clients find the Decision Session a natural starting point. If you already know your priority and are ready to move, you can join the Accelerator directly.
