For more than twenty years, I've helped professionals navigate important decisions and moments of transition. My background spans strategic communications, technology, government advisory, entrepreneurship, and executive coaching—experience that allows me to quickly understand both the people doing the work and the systems they're navigating.

Earlier in my career, I served as the sole technology advisor to a cabinet minister, working within a small team of senior advisors responsible for areas including political strategy, public affairs, and women's rights. I led technology briefings, prepared international and domestic delegations, and crafted speeches and talking points for high-stakes public-facing moments. Later, I worked across technology companies and startup environments, supporting a global IPO, local mergers and acquisitions, and strategic initiatives that brought together leadership, engineering, and communications around shared goals. Alongside my corporate work, I founded and scaled a niche service business, deepening my understanding of entrepreneurship, operational growth, and leading through uncertainty.

Today, I work with founders, executives, clinicians, entrepreneurs, and professionals navigating important turning points in their careers and businesses. My role is to bring perspective, ask better questions, and quickly identify what's getting in the way so we can find a path forward that feels both clear and true.
