About Me
My career has been a journey of reinvention—one shaped by curiosity, connection, and a deep commitment to helping others rediscover themselves. I’ve moved between corporate marketing, government advisory, entrepreneurship, and professional coaching, but at the heart of it all has been a passion for authentic communication and personal growth.
With a degree in cross-cultural communications, I started my career in tech marketing and later served as a senior advisor in government. These experiences gave me a broad perspective on strategy, leadership, and the ways people connect. But it was my leap into entrepreneurship that pushed me to blend my skills with a personal mission. I founded Mothers & Menus, a company dedicated to supporting new and expectant parents so that they could better care for their families. That journey led to the publication of The Well-Rounded Pregnancy Cookbook, a reflection of my belief that nourishment—both physical and emotional—plays a vital role in every stage of life.
Growing up in Montreal, living in Israel, and eventually settling in New York, I’ve learned to navigate different perspectives and cultures with openness and adaptability. That same approach shapes my work today. As a personal and professional life coach, I help individuals reconnect with their true selves, guiding them through transitions toward purposeful reinvention.
I believe that everyday life offers endless opportunities for self-discovery when we take the time to listen. My coaching practice stands at the intersection of practical strategies and deeper self-awareness, helping clients embrace change, align with their values, and lead lives that feel true to who they are.
Reinvention isn’t just about change—it’s about coming home to yourself. And I’m here to help you do just that.
